Garden Grove High School Alumni Association’s Programs and Activities are successful due to the voluntary efforts of a few dedicated Argo alumni. Committee meetings vary and are scheduled by Committee members. Check Calendar for dates. If you would like to be join a Committee, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The All Class Reunion and Picnic Committee is responsible for coordinating the All Class Reunion and Picnic annually on the second Saturday of June.
The Historical Committee is responsible for gathering memorabilia to be used on display by the Alumni, school, and community, cataloging and preserving archives and memorabilia of Garden Grove High School and for the arrangement and selection of the memorabilia on display in the Argonaut Hall of Fame and Museum in Heritage Hall.
The Homecoming Committee is responsible for coordinating the Homecoming Social annually in the Fall.
The Membership Committee is responsible for maintaining a list of Alumni (such lists shall be for the exclusive use of the Association, including distribution to class reunion committees), making the information available to the membership for purposes consistent with the objectives of the Association and shall maintain the Active Membership records of the Association.
The Publications Committee is responsible for producing the annual Association newsletter to be mailed out in April to Annual and Lifetime members and is responsible for other publications of the Association.
The Scholarship Committee is responsible for coordinating the Scholarship Program for Garden Grove High School seniors, shall serve as the liaison between the Board of Directors and Garden Grove High School and selects the scholarship recipients based on submitted applications.
